This was a return checkup concerning the city on my ginger. The staff was very helpful and attentive and patiently answered all of my questions.i would definitely recommend them for urgent care.

The only one issue that I had in the clinic with the constant smell of your perfume and flowery stuff that emits through the whole clinic As a registered nurse I found both the clinic the individuals the doctor the assistant and the front desk very professional and very comforting

Took my daughter in for a cough and Sorethroat. There was an insurance issue not the offices fault but I did have to pay $175 for an office visit. A strep test and an hour and half later was told she had a cold. She is worse today and I can’t afford another $175 to find anything else out.

This is by far the best urgent care. The staff here are absolutely amazing from checking in to the back. This place is extra clean and sanitized. The check-in process is a breeze especially when making an appointment online thru the Solv app. I definitely would recommend this urgent to anyone!!! Amazing job

Recently I visited CityDoc with the worst case of food poisoning I have ever had. From the start the staff was patient, helpful and quick to get me through reception. When I arrived I admit I wasn’t the easiest patient as all I wanted was someone to help ease my symptoms and help me feel better. I needed my son to be seen urgently without the wait time of an emergency room. I went online and was able to book an appointment within the hour. When we arrived the front staff was so nice and the care team was so attentive they even started care in the lobby. They listened to my concerns and did everything to make sure my son was taken care of. They also answered all of my questions so thoroughly and friendly. I would HIGHLY recommend Nitehawk. Needed to renew my scripts, was able to do a phone call instead of an office visit. Call lasted maybe 30 seconds. Saved me a lot of time.

My daughter was having eye pain and I was able to schedule her in that same evening she was seen and taken care of that night. Very professional personnel clinic was cleaned and put wait time to be put in a room was around 30 min but thanks to the app we were informed they were taking longer. The whole experience was great as usual. the best part is my daughter is feeling better now thanks.
