If you find that you need an urgent care center, this place is open on Sundays. I immediately made an appointment this morning, feb 18, 2024. I had to work today, was about 20 minutes late for my appt, and they were so pleasant when I arrived. I thought I had an ear infection; turns out I had a massive amount of ear wax in my left ear. Sarah and Jessica were very friendly and personable. Doctor Courtney was also very thorough. I'll be picking up my prescription at Walgreens tomorrow. Sarah was gentle and she removed so much wax from my ear. What a blessing to have this urgent care center near my job. I highly reccomend this amazing urgent care center.❤🙏

First time patient and the experience was excellent from the responsiveness of the staff to the quality of the care to the efficiency of the process!

I was 1st patient to show up and check in. There was 1 scheduled patient ahead of me. There was an hour delay d/t staffing arrival delays. High traffic and construction anything is possible. The care given was beyond exceptional. From the check in clerk to the intake nurse and then the NP, all were super caring and professional. Totally worth the wait. This Nextcare facility is my go to!

I needed an urgent appointment & was very happy to be able to in so quickly.  I was told that masks were required; however only 1 of the receptionist had one on - not fully covering her mouth & nose - the 2nd one didn’t have one at all.  6 patients were waiting & only 2 of us put on masks.  Probably a good an idea to say “recommended” if even your staff isn’t wearing them. Other than that, the nurse & provider were great.   Got my diagnosis right & gave me the medication I needed.   Will come back if needed for other urgent care.

Was able to book an appointment quickly. Staff was helpful including helping me with technology. Been there few times. Surprised more attention has not been given to surroundings such as chipped paint on walls, chairs with cracked leather. Place may be clean but not kept up. Does not give a clean appearance!

I was there for my DOT exam, however, the entire staff were quite respectful. I took me a reasonable amount of time to complete the whole process. It is my to go to clinic.

For a Saturday morning, I had many options to schedule an appointment. Check in was easy and fast. Staff friendly and professional. My PA was extremely knowledgeable and made the suggestion that I needed to be seen at ER because I needed a CT scan.her diagnosis was correct
