Had a 1:30 PM appointment via your computer system and arrived early to find that the office was closed for lunch and will reopen at 2:00 PM. You have a pen pail marked “ DIRTY”. This was our first time coming to PM Pediatrics. I wish I would have know about it sooner. The physician was very knowledgeable. She is a pediatric ER physician. After her thorough exam, she gave us the time we needed to talk and ask questions. I felt very comfortable with her recommendations.

For a first time visit, I was very impressed. From the phone call the day prior, making the appointment was swift. Excellent attendance in the front. Very polite staff from the waiting area to the exam room… Excellent bed side manners of the Pediatrician, and medical assistant. My daughter felt at ease.. I’m certain we will be back if the need arises.
