I didn’t have it anymore money on so I asked if I could make payment plans and there was no one available to help me with that part. I talk to the Dr on the tablet she  couldn’t hear me cause I had lost my voice so she ask the PCA to talk to her on the . I thought it was wrong because I’m the one she needs to talk to not to mention I still don’t know what’s wrong with me. Then I was told the visit was over. I find this to be very unprofessional.

They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.
