I got an appointment with 30 minutes of attempting, went immediately into a room upon my arrival, was seen within 1 minute of being in the room and got the care that I needed by kind and well-trained staff. This place is like no other medical care facility I have ever used.

Woke up this morning, deciding to finally go to urgent care. I was sick now for a week  and feeling worse each day. I’ve been to Next Care before a was treated very well then and this time also the young lady at the front desk was very helpful and kind with checking in. The rest of the staff was also. I was able to choose a Quest lab location and schedule an appointment. Check in was easy, and I only needed to provide my name and DOB. They were able to locate my order in their system. They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.
