This was a good experience however I was concerned that the doctor never asked about my symptoms after he knew that I had covid and he never asked my height or weight.

The doctor and all staff were incredible! They had a wonderful bedside manner, making my son feel comfortable, happy and relaxed. He was laughing and giving fist bumps at the end of the visit! Thank you.

The facility, nurse, doctor, staff exceeded our expectations. From the moment we stepped inside the door, we were greeted with one of the friendliest nurse ever. Our child had such a great experience that she wished they were our regular pediatrician's office.

Dr. “ Jersey Girl” Pagano was OUTSTANDING 😎. Suggestion - check your computer appointment confirmation notice. Had a 1:30 PM appointment via your computer system and arrived early to find that the office was closed for lunch and will reopen at 2:00 PM. You have a pen pail marked “ DIRTY”. I was referred by my son’s teacher to go to this peds urgent care when he was sick and wasn’t able to see his own peds doc on the same day. The urgent care took my son in as a walk in. The urgent care peds doc really listened and cared for my son. We didn’t wait very long either! If I could give it 10 stars, I would! Highly recommend this place for the little ones with same day urgency!

I’ve been here 3 times this year for different issues. The doctor is thorough and explains everything well. She is a very caring person. I could go to a place that’s close to my house but I like Prima a lot more —I’ve seen the same doctor each time, they give you personal attention, and I’ve never had to wait more than about 10 minutes.

So impressed with the office staff and the doctor. What wonderful bedside manner. We will be returning for sure.

I didn’t get seen til after 2, but my appt was 115. S with every doctor visit, I wish the timing was realistic. Medical Staff were kind and concise.

My first time at PM Pediatrics. Even though t walkin wait was about 1 and half hours, the staff was very accommodating and notify me when my turn is near. Nurse ( Michelle, I think) was super nice to my 8 year old to make him feel as comfortable as possible. Dr on duty was very nice and efficient too. Definitely will recommend.

They were closed. I booked two appointments online via Solv and got there just for them to be closed.
