Had a 1:30 PM appointment via your computer system and arrived early to find that the office was closed for lunch and will reopen at 2:00 PM. You have a pen pail marked “ DIRTY”. Good app. I wanted in person visit but when I booked my appointment was like virtual and no option to change it. Had to wait for additional 1 hour . Everything else is really good.

Arrived and checked in at 11:01am for my appointment which was at 11:00am. Every single walk in on the virtual waiting list went in before me (5 parties). I sat in the waiting room until just before 1pm (maybe 12:55 or so- im not exactly sure— my other time stamps are by texts i sent to my boyfriend updating him). I was then immediately greeted by a friendly tech in the exam room who took my vitals and started the testing appropriate for my problem. Then I sat in the exam room with no updates from 1:03pm until 1:57pm when the doctor finally came in. I was out the door with all my paperwork at 2:06pm. Why offer appointments when I’m going to be stuck in the clinic for 3+ hours anyway? I may as well have gone to the ER.
