I just had my first Urgent Care experience ever with Dr. Rasha Saleem at this facility. I am not a fan of the video chat method when employed for doctor visits, but we are all doing what we need to do amid COVID-19. I give high praise to Dr. Saleem. She listened to my concerns, addressed them and gave advice regarding alternate methods of relief. She was patient and kind and wished me well and continued good health once my current issues are resolved. I would not hesitate to return to her or to recommend her to anyone in need of urgent care.

Ashley, Sheila and the rest of the staff at Progressive Urgent Care are fabulous even amidst a pandemic!! They are slammed with calls and inquiries but still called me back to help me schedule several appointments and patiently answered all my questions. Thank you so much!!!! You are the BEST!
