I was pleased that I could get an appointment the same day. Staff were friendly and compassionate Given medication to help with my pain at my visit. I would have like to have more explanation of my medication and my diagnosis. I had a hard time finding the place. Had to ask couple of people where it was located. Booked online . I haven’t seen my bill yet, so don’t know the cost. Checkin was very easy. Only 1 sheet of paper, to fill out. Did not ask about present medication, allergies or history, which I was surprised about. The reasons I didn’t give 5 stars is because there’s no place in the bathroom or waiting room to set down a young baby or toddler & it’s a pediatric urgent care. I also had to fill out 12 steps of paperwork on my phone with a squirming, sick 9 month old. If I could have just checked in with the front desk employee or set my child somewhere that wouldn’t have been as difficult especially since I didn’t have a family member to help with my baby.

Best experience Ive had in a medical facility.. better than even going the the hospital for non-emergency care. Excellent wait time, you get to see a real Medical Doctor and they treat you like you were at a hospital.. taking blood pressure and etc. Awesome! The price is very reasonable too and especially for someone like me having to pay out of pocket since my insurance doesn't kick in until next month. Overall definitely would refer family and friends there first and foremost!!!
