Walked in after hearing a "pop" and experiencing extreme pain in my right knee. Sarah checked me in and within an hour I had been interviewed, examined, had an ex ray, was diagnosed, and released with recommendations for additional treatment. The customer service and compassion from every staff member was very impressive. I am very happy to have such a tremendous facility within 30 minutes, because "stuff happens" at the farm. I highly recommend them.

Suspected workplace COVID exposure. The staff were friendly and helpful. Service was fast. I walked in and completed new patient paperwork and was tested and released. The total time was about 20 minutes. Incredible.

Everyone from the receptionist, the tech, the NP and the xray tech were kind, courteous, efficient, knowledgeable and thorough. I felt I received better care than at my family doctor.

We walked in and she was immediately led to a private room and testing began right away. Tests performed were far more comprehensive than I would've ever guessed. I went here for a workers comp claim. Dr. Karre had an excellent bedside manner. The staff were all very friendly except for the guy that came in after Erin Wallen left. He was rude but overall this place was wonderful. Oh and the front desk girl flirted with all the guys. 🤣🤣 while the women patients waited until she was finished batting her eyelashes.

I went in with breathing issues they took me back immediately and started testing to find what was going on. I had pneumonia which I had asked my Doctor if he thought it was that at my appointment. I have been there several times and have been satisfied with the services. BEST urgent care in the area.
