I was seen at the E Millbrook location yesterday for an ear infection and nose congestion. I have a primary care doctor but they were closed this Saturday. I had never been to an urgent care so I had a hard time making a decision to go or wait until Monday to see my doctor. I read the reviews about this facility and the majority of them were very good so that was helpful. I Knew I needed to be seen right away, I had discharge from my ear, the infection was obvious. I called and spoke with July at the front desk who was very pleasant and understanding. I registered on line, this was very helpful, when i arrived the wait was over 2 hours but since I had already registered I didn’t have to wait that long. I waited less than 30 mins which was awesome. The triage nurse was extremely friendly, it didn’t feel as if she was faking it. I was seen by D. Zuckerman, he introduced himself as a PA, I was a little disappointed but that didn’t last long. His bedside manners are awesome, he sat down and looked at me and had a conversation with me, he listened to me and valued my concerns. He examined me and then took the time to explain his findings. My blood pressure was high and I don’t have a history of it. He even addressed that and gave me excellent recommendations. I am very pleased with my experience and definitely will go back if the need arises again. I highly recommend Fastmed at E Millbrook Rd.

Ms Neoka helped me on Thursday, Nov. 7th with my DOT Physical. There was a mix up with the hospital with my records and Ms Neoka made repeated calls to the hospital until they got the records straight. I'm not a very patient person but I felt relaxed and knew that I was getting 5 Star help. After Ms. Neoka got all the information together and completed, I had every single thing I needed to renew my CDL Medical Certificate and felt the weight of the world off my shoulders. I can not say enough about Ms. Neoka's professionalism, kindness and work ethic to help a patient. This was the best experience that I have had with DOT Physicals and I will come back in the future. Candice at the front desk is on top.of everything & my daughter loves giving her hugs. Melissa is the best medical provider I have ever experienced. She thinks outside the textbook & really listens. She changed my life. The nurse (I forgot her name) is so gentle, my very sensitive daughter felt no pain when getting her blood drawn. They have cared for my family for a few years. We are grateful for them. They take their time to properly access & listen & answer all questions. They are very resourceful in so many ways, especially if the budget is tight. Our place for urgent care but now also our primary care providers!
