I was feeling sick thinking I had a sinus infection but I quickly took a bad turn when I was waiting in my vehicle to be called so I managed to make my way inside barely and was allowed to sit inside and was quickly taken to the back room. The staff was very friendly and understanding being I could barely walk. The doctor was very nice, he listened to me and even got me water and allowed me to sit as long as I needed in a back room after letting me know I was positive for covid. I was extremely upset and at one point hyperventilating. He even gave me my cell phone and called my stepmom for me. He reassured me and allowed me to rest until I could walk to my vehicle to drive myself.

The provider went out of his way to accommodate us. My daughter was in Durham, NC at school and I am 3 hours away. Though we weren't all able to be on at once, he met with me, then her. After being disconnected from her, he phoned her to continue then phoned me to follow up and explain his prescriptions. Put my mind at ease that my daughter can get the needed medications for her sinus infection. Excellent service and so thankful it is available !

I had a sinus infection and have yucky cough. I was surprised that the dr did not listen to my lungs. All he did was have me press my sinuses and looked in one ear. He was nice and gave me antibiotics but I am just assuming although I was hoarse he suspected my lungs were clear. He did give me an allergy med for my drainage but said I would not benefit for a week from it.

I live in rutherfordton but make the trek to their urgent care because it's always too notch. They have short wait times, professional and friendly staff, and they don't question my complaints. They always address everything I come in for whether it be something as simple as a sinus infection or as serious as a staph infection. I can always count on them to get back to my normal state of wellness.
