I made an appointment and was seen on time. The staff was friendly especially the person who tested me. This was my second time at Chai and both times were so easy’! I received my test results from the pace the very next day.

I always come here. It's usually busy so if you can, check in online and show up when it recommends to save yourself the wait. All of the staff, in the office and the physicians, are always kind and professional. I've been here for personal and workers comp claims and they treat me with the same level of care either way.
