Had a pain for the last few days came in and was immediately helped. All of the staff was helpful and was graciously friendly.

Great customer, everyone was friendly and caring.

The staff is wonderful  The PA Victoria was informative and helpful  Professional.

This is my second time coming here and I love how quick they are and it’s so clean!! The girl at the front was super nice and the provider I saw Deb was wonderful!!

They are the best they have a awesome positive team plus you gonna be in and out no long wait

The doctor was wonderful- very thorough and knowledgeable. Unfortunately the nurse’s bedside manner was much to be desired- abrupt and quick and just wasn’t pleasant.

I have been feeling sick since Wednesday. I was able to schedule an appointment and got in for 11:00 am. Wait time was a bit long but the services received outweighed the wait

I had a relapse of a sinus infection and was not able to schedule an appointment with my primary doctor. Stopped to Optum on a whim and was thrilled with the whole process from cleanliness to pleasant staff yo a responsive doctor who listened and cared

I was very put off by the fact you have to leave a credit card on file! I am very uncomfortable with doing that in this day and age! Receptionist honestly had no warmth… behind the desk personality and seemed robotic! NO other urgent care DEMANDS this… Back office was Amazing… X-ray tech awesome.. Alison PA(?) or dr. Was fantastic! Care great! On a side note I had trouble with the billing dept. when this was under another name! Not sure if the same person heads this up now but she was nasty! I will probably go to City Med as they have a much better system up front!

Very knowledgeable and fast service. I really like Dr Chen. He spends the time to talk to you and explain what’s happening. The staff is super friendly . Best part is if you need a x-ray they have that on the premises which is so much easier than going to a radiology lab.

I was pleased with my care, but very annoyed that I was charged a credit card convenience fee on an OCA Cafeteria Plan credit card. Not sure if the company will accept the convenience fee charge in addition to my copay. No fee should be charged for a non personal credit card.
