It was a n extremely long wait. But the Doctor and staff were very good. They doctor listened and helped me. I really felt heard and she prescribed something to help.  The only problem I had was that the prescription s were not called in until I called and requested them. I had to make two trips the the pharmacy while I was sick. That was not fun.

Even though I had an appointment had to wait 45 minutes before seen. The doctor very nice and very thorough.

Being a RN for 50 years I must say the Immediate Care office at Wick Plaza in Edison is outstanding! From the friendly & courteous front staff to the excellent care of Dr Christine Ibrahim. It’s so wonderful how Dr Ibrahim is so knowledgeable & caring. This is rare these days. In the recent past I’ve had doctors who are more concerned with the computer than the patient. I must say Dr Ibrahim is an asset to your corporation. I’ve worked in ICU & ran 2 huge practices in my experience. Dr. Ibrahim would definitely be a must hire in my opinion. Thank you for hiring suck a kind & competent Doctor!!!

I always recommend this business when people ask for a walk-in, the staff is so friendly, I never have a long wait time ever! The Doctor there are attentive and really listen to you and take the time to explain everything in detail, I have been seen by Dr Anna and she is GREAT, her bedside manner is awesome! I never feel rushed or not heard, never had a bad experience here ever.. five stars from me!

How long does the regular COVID-19 test results take to be emailed to you?? Urgent????

Clean,friendly and prompt service. Don't know how the pricing is as I have a $50 copay with my insurance. Check in is done via iPad this does speed up a check-in process.

The pediatrician urgent care exceeded my expectations in every way. The staff was friendly, the facility was clean, and the care provided was top-notch. Highly recommended! 5 stars!
