Waited 2hr after checking in until my vital and blood pressure where taken . Then another 20mins till doctor came into room .only saw doctor at max 5mins which is the best part but there was . only 2 patients in front of me in office .the lady in front of me ask why she's been waiting 1.5hrs to be seen then 10mins later they called her in ... after I left it took another 30mins for them to send meds over pharmacy.. hire more doctors to work there. Or have someone help them with paperwork so patient turn around is better. This is the 2nd time with a long wait last time was 3hrs in waiting room with my daughter . I don't think I will be using you again .. nobody feeling sick wants to spend 2-3hrs to get care ridiculous

The provider was so professional and through. He was easy to talk to and listened to me with such care for my situation. I always come to this location when the need arises because I know the care will be exceptional.

Got an appointment quickly and was able to get in and out in 45 minutes. Attentive professionals.

Woke up with a sore throat. Went to your facility in Rockaway, NJ. I did not have an appointment but the wait time  was not terrible. I was treated in a kind and caring manner, prescribed meds and able to get back home quickly.

Easy and quick check in on your phone. Came early and no wait at all. Tests were done quick and prescription sent electronically. Enjoyed, and would return

Lovely place.  From the receptionist to the nurse to the nurse practitioner, everyone was a pleasure to deal with.  Would definitely recommend.

I had a bad pain in my leg and stomach. I was hesitant to go to the hospital. My friend recommended me to come to umd urgent care. I'm so glad I did. The staff was super caring and Dr. Monk listened and gave me a through evaluation. He took time to get to the root of the problem. I'm so glad I went there. The wait time was brief also. Definitely recommend.
