I've been to this urgent care twice in the past few years. The customer service and bedside manner is exactly the same both times and how it should be for all healthcare settings. Vybe Urgent Care really seems to care about the people in our community and are making a difference in their patients' lives. AFC in Clementon, NJ is wonderful! I took my child there and the staff was amazing from the front desk to the doctor. The medical assistant was wonderful with my son and made him relax while he was there.

There is nothing bad I could say about MedExpress Urgent Care of Dover, Delaware. This was my first time visiting MedExpress of Dover, De. I was between a rock and hard place because my primary physician is 1 hour 45 minutes away and I needed medical attention today. I was taken back by the professionalism from the staff, well thought of decor, not last but least the genuine care from the doctor (V.Goodman). What a remarkable experience even though I was feeling my worst! MedExpress will be my to go medical facility whenever needed. Thank you Ladies for the superior care. VDW

Got a call from the school nurse that child was coughing a lot, scheduled in the app to have him seen an hour later. Arrived earlier than our appointment, check in was easy and wait time was quick.   Staff was friendly, office was clean and decorative.  Condition was well managed and explained.  Would highly recommend
