The ladies at front desk were very nice. And that’s rare for front desk women, they are usually over it and want you out their faces ASAP. However very nice. My triage nurse was a guy he was immensely comforting not at any point he made me feel uncomfortable. Extremely professional. Made sure I was good and reassured the PA will be with me shortly. Now my PA was the best she did not act til she did not want to touch me. She was thorough, answered all questions very patient with me and wanted me to understand my diagnosis and told me to ask much question as I wanted cause as humans we remember our questions when walk out. I appreciate and adore them over there.

An awesome Customer Care Representative named ED, on several occasions has gone above & beyond with helping me navigate the system as I acquire the info needed to access health care benefits for my mother. Thanks again ED, your excellence will never be undervalued....!!

Hello. This was my first time ever visiting a modern md. I must say the staff at this location was amazing. They actually made me feel comfortable in the middle of a pandemic. Chai Urgent Care in the Jackson Heights shopping center, is a very well run place. The very professional staff is caring and respectful. I would go back without any hesitation.
