Staff was courteous, the waiting areas were organized, clean, and surprisingly quiet. I love that they offer Xrays and orthopedic items if needed.

It was ok, nice MA and NP, the only the Rx was sent to pharmacy we don't use after confirming with MA correct pharmacy. We got our antibiotics couple days later.

Even though I had an appointment had to wait 45 minutes before seen. The doctor very nice and very thorough.

I had an excellent experience at WestMed. From the moment I checked in, the staff was friendly, professional, and very helpful. The check-in process was smooth, and the waiting time was short. The physician ( Nicole )  who took care of me was excellent—professional, attentive, and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. Overall, the service was outstanding, and everything went smoothly from beginning to end. I highly recommend WestMed!

Excellent!!! The CitiMD had closed their wait line for the day, so I called Bellmore, who said to come right down. My husband had an allergic reaction and had a swollen tongue. They gave him a shot of steroids and told him to wait in the waiting area, then checked up on him about 20-25 minutes later and sure enough, the swelling had begun to go down. Thank you to PA Wong!!

I was the first appointment of the day for  job drug testing. In and out in 10 minutes. Staff was cordial (not super peppy, but it was also morning). The bathroom needs an update. Everything considered, I am satisfied.

The staff is always helpful, professional. The drs. Are extremely caring, answers questions. Great bed side manners.

I brought my daughter in because she hurt her finger playing basketball. Our insurance card said we weren’t covered. After trying to reach the insurance company we left. I get a phone call saying they will see us regardless. I have never had anyone do something like that. It was unbelievable. Thank you NOEL, LOI, and DELORES for taking care of us. That was unbelievable.
