I have been to this west end urgent care I would say probably at least 10 times if not more!!!!they are the best!!from the moment you walk in they greet you with a smile and make the registration very easy just make sure you bring insurance cards.next which has never been a long wait for me you see p/stakes your complaint and history.then a few minutes later a Doctor comes in reviews info examines and every doctor I have had has spoken to me in terms I understood not some medical jargon!!!feel free to ask any questions all the doctors there p/a s and receptionists are the best.they even give u a printout of your diagnosis and tfeatment!!!SPECIAL THANKS TO THE HIGHLY Experienced Doctors!!WEST END CITY M.D.CIT

I was referred over to this location by a friend and I'm so happy I went. My regular office was jam packed and couldn't fit me in. I was happy to walk in and see empty chairs and fill out all the paperwork with ease. Staff was awesome ! Doctor great!

I brought my daughter in because she hurt her finger playing basketball. Our insurance card said we weren’t covered. After trying to reach the insurance company we left. I get a phone call saying they will see us regardless. I have never had anyone do something like that. It was unbelievable. Thank you NOEL, LOI, and DELORES for taking care of us. That was unbelievable.

The staff was courteous and professional. Wait times were fast, physical went very well and was painless in every way. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone.

I was very pleased with the care from Elizabeth. She was careful, thorough, gave me a prescription and follow-up information. I walked in, no wait time and was very pleased. I would use again if needed.
