Because my doctor's office is not open all week, I have used the services of Salem Health Urgent Care several times. Until the COVID pandemic, I know they took walkins but I found that by making an appointment my wait time was never more than 5 mins. From the receptionist to the doctors/nurse practioners to the lab staff all have all been professional and spent the time to make a thorough exam and explain my recommended treatment. Prescriptions were promptly sent to my pharmacy so they were ready when I got there. I love my own doctor but having this urgent care there when he is not available and not having to go to the emergency room for help is a great relief and I appreciate each and everyone that works there.

Always a pleasant experience. I recommend this clinic to anyone. My girls have been going there since birth and are now graduating. My senior from last year didn't want to get a new doctor and go elsewhere. Great customer service and doctors and nurses.

I have used this Express Care a few times and have always had thorough and thoughtful exam and problem-solving. I am grateful to be able to be seen when my primary care physician has no openings. And ExpressCare is just a few blocks from my home, so incredibly convenient.
