I was able to choose a Quest lab location and schedule an appointment. Check in was easy, and I only needed to provide my name and DOB. They were able to locate my order in their system. They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.

We have visited the Green Street MONTCO location many times since the center opened and we have grown to love the staff there! The service is greatly appreciated and the quick result turnaround is extremely helpful. I came in one day without an appoint and waited two hours as a walk-in before I had to leave without being tested. I made an appointment through Quest Lab Testing for the next day, showed up on time, got tested easily and was on my way in 15-20 minutes. Staff is friendly and helpful.

The Ardmore location for Covid testing is a tremendous gift. superlative staff and consistently fast results per the promise of 24-48 hours. I recently was tested at cvs and they failed to return the test within 48 hours as promised and ran over to your ardmore location with only 24 hours to go until my 5 day Paxlovid window was closing. I got my results in under 24 hours (a first!) so met the 5 day Paxlovid deadline. I am forever grateful for this service and while I understand there is talk of closing this location, I respectfully request that in this season of rampant flu, rsv, and other Covid-like symptoms caused by many viruses beyond Covid, that you please keep this location open. The other options for accessing testing such as cvs are not adequate and perform far below the excellent standard set by you and the team in Ardmore. Feeling as sick as I felt that day I could not have driven all the way to willow grove or Pottstown for testing, so that might also be an important consideration. Thank you!!!
