Made an appointment and went there to find out you were closed.  If you were closed, I shouldn’t have been able to make an appointment online  it was even confirmed  Very upsetting

Got stung by several bees and was having an anaphylaxis reaction difficulty breathing and receptionist didn’t seem to be concerned and made me sit and wait in the waiting room for over 5 minutes before I went back up to the window to tell her I was having difficulty breathing and the answer I got was yeah I know she never got up out of her chair to talk to anybody so it was a good seven minutes or so before I was taken back to triage they took me into a room. I sat there for another three or four or five minutes waiting for a doctor to come in. They gave me a steroid injection never gave me any epinephrine to try and help with it. I was covered in a blood red rash my entire stomach and into my groin. They didn’t seem concerned about that. I was swelling, so I basically got a shot of steroids and nebulizer treatment and sent home with an EpiPen and some medicine so I was a little disappointed with how an anaphylactic reaction was treated. I’m in the medical field and I know how it should’ve been treated.

Scheduling was great. The PA I saw is amazing she is always so helpful. The wait time was ridiculous tho. Waited over an hour for my appointment and to be seen. But after that was given time with the staff.

Check in was fast & the office was clean the staff worked as quickly as possible

Yes Tessa was great 😊 and so was the provider and the entire facility

It was very easy to check in and I was surprised at the professionalism and quick response to my issues and the sincerity towards my pain

Krista and Mary at the front desk were so welcoming and helpful, and Shanon and Cindy took great care of me with kindness and did an excellent job, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Dr McDonald took care of managing my illness. Listening and helping me understand how to get better and the path to get there. Thank you!

I found everything very good. Wait time was only about fifteen minutes. Everyone was very nice.

The staff from the front desk to the the nurse and the doctors were friendly, understanding and professional. I was very impressed with their hospitality. The wait time was to a minimum which is always very important when you're not feeling well.
