I've been to this urgent care twice in the past few years. The customer service and bedside manner is exactly the same both times and how it should be for all healthcare settings. Vybe Urgent Care really seems to care about the people in our community and are making a difference in their patients' lives. I love going to this location. Its on 63rd and Market. I like how caring and professional the staff are. The Nurse Tanisha is the best… very considerate of time and my needs. Very welcoming and makes me feel comfortable as a patient to see how much the staff have great work ethic. I never have a long wait. Been there a countless times over the past few years and it’s always clean in there.

I had a great experience at vybe. The staff was very nice and the quality care was great. If you can’t get an appointment with your PCP this is the place to go.

What a wonderful place!!! The front desk staff was so welcoming, friendly and efficient. After filling out our paper work we were immediately seen by an intake nurse. And as soon as she finished Tim, the PA came in to us. He listened attentively, asked good questions , checked a couple of things and came up with a diagnosis. He gave us a lot of good information by way of explanation and didn’t rush us. He prescribed medication, gave us instructions as to what to do and not to do and offered for us to call him during the week if we had questions. It was a great experience by extremely capable staff. We were very impressed by the quality of care every step of the way.

This was my first time at vybe, I didn't know what to expect, but I had a great experience. Everyone from the front desk person to the nurse to the doc treated me with the utmost respect and care. I described my issue and treatment was provided. Thank you vybe.
