Attentive and helpful receptionist Daria! Your check-in system needs work. Kept freezing so she entered all on her laptop. Nursing assistant and CNP very professional. All good. Now - your West Chester location is another story. Went there first - bad first impression as two staff standing around outside. First receptionist (long braids) ignored me. Second one came inside from chatting outside and pointed me to self-help QR code. Started down that and somehow it gave me a wrong middle initial. Could not correct correct that. Then system froze and wouldnt respond to anything. Both receptionists shrugged - no offer to help as BOTH just kept on playing on their personal cell phones! Entire experience was not one I want from any healthcare provider - even a vetenarian. I left and wound up at Malvern - really had my doubts about using it when I saw it was part of same company. Experience though far better.

Very easy with an appointment. Staff was efficient and friendly. Visit went well and my questions were answered. I would recommend this provider if it is not busy. Check the wait time.

Easy scheduling, super clean and pleasant staff. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes.

Walked in without an appointment and after filling out a questionnaire I got right in to see Dr. Rott. She was very thorough about asking questions about my problem. After examining my leg which was swollen and tender some distance from the surgical wound, she prescribed an antibiotic. She warned that if it worsened in 2 to 3 days, I should return or to go to the emergency room. I was very pleased with her professional but personable manner.

Fast service great staff clean office happy with the visit

Staff was friendly from the time I walked in until my visit was over. They listened & answered all questions I had & if they needed any extra information they did not mind you giving insight. I definitely would recommend going here for quick responses and almost better than going to the hospital even got my xray on sight

Came into the office in a panic after a dog bite. The office staff was more than accommodating and friendly and happy to assist. Very pleased with the wait time and attentiveness to detail! Would highly recommend! Thank You to the wonderful staff!

Nice environment. Staff was very nice and my doctor Jackson, Ateeya, was extremely helpful and even explained what sickness I have so I wasn’t leaving confused. Recommend.

Allergy season had been wreaking havoc on my system for over a week and I couldn't take anymore when my chest began rattling from all the wheezing. The wait time was under 15 min. Bradley was so patient and attentive. I had a breathing treatment in the office and meds were called in immediately. Would definitely recommend.

Had a strong cold, worried it might be pneumonia, it wasn’t, thankfully but I was immediately seen by the doctor and was immediately rxed and medicated. Very glad I went there! And strongly recommend it!

I hate doctors!!!  But this was the best experience ever.  Major infection from poison ivy and an insane and painful full body rash.  The staff and Dr. were great and exceeded my expectations.  I got information and the meds needed to recover (soon hopefully). Also picked up some referrals. A big thank you to this Doc and his crew.  Five Stars!

I have always had a very positive experience in my many visits there.The staff was friendly and effecient.The medical team was caring and had much empathy and knowledge.I was given a bottle of water and offered another.I wish I could rate it more than 5 stars.

I had a low grade fever and fatigue over the weekend and walked in on Monday. Waited maybe 5 minutes. Staff was attentive, ran some tests, did a chest x-ray and concluded I had some viral infection. Wrote me an Rx for conjunctivitis, but just told me to rest and drink plenty of fluids, take Ibuprofen every 4 hours, which I have been doing. As of Wednesday morning I still have the chills and fever, so I wish they would have given me a Z pack. I will see how today goes but may need to come back.

Scheduling process was very easy through the Solv app. Early appointment was scheduled. Staff was very engaging and helpful. The Doctor saw me shortly after arrival. My medical concerns were addressed in a timely fashion. All in all, a very positive experience. I would highly recommend this provider.

The staff is wonderful. From check-in to checkout the staff shines. The providers, Ralph & Nicole were so thorough and addressed all of our concerns. Five stars!!!!
