About Phara J. Taylor

Welcome to The Nutrition Clinic! I am delighted to be your guide in your journey to a healthier you. As a Registered Dietitian with over 10 years of clinical experience in chronic disease management, I offer a non-diet approach to help clients make lifestyle modifications to effect real positive and lasting change. My belief is healthy eating does not have to be complicated. With that, I hope to empower you to reach for lifelong energy, nutrition and health.

I hold a Masters in Nutrition and Health Promotion from Simmons College and a Certificate in Sports Nutrition.

I completed my didactic training in 2009 at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston.

I offer personal nutrition coaching and provide medical nutrition therapy to treat patients with the following conditions: Diabetes, Cardiovascular Disease, Eating Disorder, Gut health, Autoimmune disorders, Weight Management, Nutrition, and Tube Feeding.
