Dr. Koehler helped my daughter with a broken arm and several asthma attacks and my son with conjunctivitis and asthma and common illnesses

I needed my son to be seen urgently without the wait time of an emergency room. I went online and was able to book an appointment within the hour. When we arrived the front staff was so nice and the care team was so attentive they even started care in the lobby. They listened to my concerns and did everything to make sure my son was taken care of. They also answered all of my questions so thoroughly and friendly. I would HIGHLY recommend Nitehawk. I have had to take my daughter a couple of times and I gladly travel the hour to continue to use them. Thank you all for being so gracious and patient.

I had an appointment but still didn’t get seen for another 45 minutes. After going back it was another 45 minutes before seeing a doctor. And all they did was test me for strep, tell me I was negative and give me steroids. How does that take that long? I could hear them talking and hanging out while I was waiting in the room.

Never told during the scheduling process that there was not an x ray tech on duty that evening. I want informed until after I drove there after work. So I had to go across town, during rush hour, to get the x ray. Everything else was 5 stars!!

Research indicates that women of color are always the recipient of sub par healthcare. So when I walk in here in pain, my expectations are already low but telling me that you don’t prescribe narcotics before me even checking in is a new low. Please educate your staff.   I’m not here to drug seek.  I’m here to get rid of the pain I have had for a week. This is why we don’t want to come in with an injury.  And why wasn’t the white man with back pain being advised only the same thing?   I won’t be back.  I don’t need to be judged.

Dr.Lee was very kind and helpful with his advice on my ring finger and pinky finger that got hurt I felt alot better after my visit to the clinic and believe my fingers will be just fine. Thank you.

Dr. Kingsley is fantastic. Easy to talk to. Thorough in his explanations and covering any questions. Went above to offer a referral for a new dr given my recent move to the area.
