I recently visited Bellaire ER. The front desk ladies were very nice. My nurse Melissa went above and beyond to make me feel better. Lastly Dr. Quitanilla provide fast precise care to get me back on track and feeling better. Thank you all.

I recently visited Bellaire ER and they were excellent all around. Miss Ana in the front desk was very nice and helpful. And Dr. Quintanilla was very professional and gave me the upmost care! I would definitely recommend and use Bellaire ER again!

It was very easy to book an appointment online. There was no wait, just a few forms to fill out. The nurse practitioner was knowledgeable and friendly. I got the care I needed, and prescriptions were sent to my pharmacy. I would use them again for urgent care.

Will be my kids new urgent care. I can’t believe I never knew or heard about this place. Doctor was just great.

This is my to go place when I'm having medical issues after hours both of the times I been here the doctors on duty take time to listen and give you the best advice for caring of the little ones. I do recommend this location location is always clean and restroom too keep up the good work.

This is my go to Urgent Care. The MA and Provider are very friendly knowledgeable and understanding. They know what they are doing here and also work with you on self pay. The cheapest rate in town and trust me I have called around many places. I would not go anywhere else. Ms. Nida is amazing!

Second time here great experience both times.

I was super impressed! Their paperwork was quick and easy. The chairs were wide enough to fit in comfortably. Staff was very friendly. Treatment was prompt and already feel a lot better. I was in and out in record time! Did I tell you how silos the paperwork was to complete on your phone? Not 4-8 pages of repetitive signatures!! Awesome all around!!! Very disappointed to hear the NP say  Hi I’m Dr. then say Nurse practitioner. She was very well with my son. I had to later call back because the medication was sent in electronically but did not get to the pharmacy. I was told it would take an hour to get sent electronically. I was connected to whom I thought was the medical assistant but she introduced herself as the nurse or the medical assistant. I work in the medical field and these Dr. and nurses work very hard for their title and license. So to be a nurse practitioner or medical assistant and to say you are the Dr. or the nurse is VERY ethically wrong.

Very good visit overall. Hate being sick but going here for the friendly stuff makes me feel a little better

Great experience with a very friendly and helpful staff!! No wait once registration was completed.

The doctor said she would give one refill of the inhaler as I asked for a couple of refills. Well she only prescribed one inhaler and no refills. I called back and was told I would have to do another appt to get the refill.  The doctor should honor the 1 refill as if she meant just prescribing 1 inhaler then she should not have said 1 refill either.

Scheduling and check-in was a smooth transition. Friendly staff members created a pleasant atmosphere as well as the care given. I would highly recommend this provider services!
