Great staff I didn’t have to wait long at all The nurse practitioner was very thorough  I would come back to this facility and I would recommend to others

I was shocked how easy it was to schedule an appointment on line and for my visit to truly occur at that time. The staff was great, especially the nurse practitioner, Brenda K. She was kind, attentive and proactive. She knew the right questions to ask which made the visit more efficient and easier on me. I felt horrible and she did not make me wait or have to talk a lot. I wish I could have her as my PCP!  I definitely recommend this facility to everyone.

Dr. Rose was professional, quick, attenative and kind. Dr. Rose made up for the long with the long time with her great bedside manner. I defintely recommend Dr. Rose.

My primary doctor was out of town and I needed to be seen for flank pain. Check in was pretty quick, front office was great. The nurse who called me back was very friendly and documented all my concerns and medications. I was seen by Norlan Montano, NP and I wasn’t very helpful. He listened to my lungs with the stethoscope and that was it. Didn’t bother to check where I was feeling pain. I feel my history and symptoms were ignored. A thorough history and physical exam are essential components of quality care and feel it was not done by the NP.

Scheduling was easy however wait time was terrible. Waited in waiting room for nearly 40 minutes after appointment time. Then another 25-30 minutes for provider to come in room. Provider and entire team were friendly but will reconsider coming back next time we need after hours care

They didnt provide discharge paper work or information

This is my go to Urgent Care for my kiddos. They are always helpful and very fast. Even on weekends! I've been here several times and have never incurred a problem.

Phenomenal staff, and phenomenal care! We went to this urgent care which is 15 minutes further than the one next to our house, and so glad we did. We would recommend anyone to go there!
