All aspect - facility, front office, nurse and doctor were great!

Once I got in to get checked out, the staff was very courteous, friendly and caring… They took all the required testing swabs, and when the nurse practitioner came in, she was also very courteous, friendly, and caring, and very detailed in her description of what I had, and what my options were in terms of medication. Even though I tested positive for the flu… Just one day later, I can honestly say I feel 1000% better. Thank you!!!

Scheduling and appt was so easy. I did the appointment over night for my daughter and she was seen the next day.  Check-in was also so easy and simple. Friendly staff as soon as you walk in.  Everyone was so welcoming and kind especially nurse practitioner, Carly and her assistant. I am so happy with the care provide to my daughter.  I would definitely recommend this clinic.

We were a walk in and got in very quickly. The doctor that saw my daughter was very kind and knowledgeable. She was able to confirm my daughter’s illness and had a medication solution. This is the second time I have brought my daughter and will always be the place for urgent care visits.

I was welcome very nice by receptionist . Very helpful and very fast service and I received. It’s nice to know this place since I am from out of town. It worked out wonderful. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Had a back pain that continued to increased but couldn't get into see my PCP until next year. I scheduled online & even checked in early (love that feature) then could wait in my car until they call for me. The male nurse that Triage to me it's very polite courteous and friendly made me feel very comfortable Especially on Christmas Eve. The doctor was very polite and quick prompt and courteous and very knowledgeable. I was in & out in under an hour with my prescriptions all sent to my pharmacy! I saw an item out of place on the floor beside the door as I exited is the only reason for -1 star. Now I wonder if they're not better than my PCP! I was already getting better even before I left there!!!!!!

Got an appointment today for 4:00 for my granddaughter. Took her and her brother to the appointment. Noticed that he was wheezing too. The Staff helped me arrange an appointment to see him at the same time. I was amazed at how swiftly they took care or things.  I love this clinic. The PA Heather was above the moon. Quickly got them diagnosed and medicine sent to the pharmacy

Best place to get quick care for your kids.

I needed my son to be seen urgently without the wait time of an emergency room. I went online and was able to book an appointment within the hour. When we arrived the front staff was so nice and the care team was so attentive they even started care in the lobby. They listened to my concerns and did everything to make sure my son was taken care of. They also answered all of my questions so thoroughly and friendly. I would HIGHLY recommend Nitehawk. I have had to take my daughter a couple of times and I gladly travel the hour to continue to use them. Thank you all for being so gracious and patient.

My kids prefer coming to Urgent care for Kids Mansfield. Dealing with the staff there is like dealing with trusted family. Thanks for being there!
