I have a colonoscopy in 1 week so really wanted to avoid having to reschedule as I already had to wait 6 months after scheduling due to Gastros busy schedule. We recently visited this urgent care for kids, and while the staff was kind and patient, the cleanliness of the facility was very concerning. The walls looked like they had mold growing on them, and the entire place just felt dirty and poorly maintained. The waiting area didn’t have any blinds, so we were sitting there getting baked by the sun the whole time, which made the experience even more uncomfortable. I really hope management addresses these issues soon because the people working there were great, but the condition of the building is absolutely unacceptable—especially for a place meant to care for children.
