Very disappointed to hear the NP say  Hi I’m Dr. then say Nurse practitioner. She was very well with my son. I had to later call back because the medication was sent in electronically but did not get to the pharmacy. I was told it would take an hour to get sent electronically. I was connected to whom I thought was the medical assistant but she introduced herself as the nurse or the medical assistant. I work in the medical field and these Dr. and nurses work very hard for their title and license. So to be a nurse practitioner or medical assistant and to say you are the Dr. or the nurse is VERY ethically wrong.

Woke up sick and quickly made a TH visit. Super easy to make and thankfully there were a lot of times to select from. Doctor actually checked in 5mins early and the appt was done within 10mins. He was super friendly and sent over the prescription right away! Would def recommend it the provider and the service was great!
