If you find that you need an urgent care center, this place is open on Sundays. I immediately made an appointment this morning, feb 18, 2024. I had to work today, was about 20 minutes late for my appt, and they were so pleasant when I arrived. I thought I had an ear infection; turns out I had a massive amount of ear wax in my left ear. Sarah and Jessica were very friendly and personable. Doctor Courtney was also very thorough. I'll be picking up my prescription at Walgreens tomorrow. Sarah was gentle and she removed so much wax from my ear. What a blessing to have this urgent care center near my job. I highly reccomend this amazing urgent care center.❤🙏

The furniture is torn old and disgusting. That’s same furniture from first day it was opened. How much money would it take to replace 10 hard chairs and a few tables!!!

First time patient and the experience was excellent from the responsiveness of the staff to the quality of the care to the efficiency of the process!

Too long wait time. I don’t recommend this place if you need urgent care.

My medical practitioner, Jackie, is simply the best - high-energy, caring, communicative and ultra-competent. I couldn’t ask for better treatment for what turned out to be a painful fractured rib.

I was pleased that I could get an appointment the same day. Staff were friendly and compassionate Given medication to help with my pain at my visit. I would have like to have more explanation of my medication and my diagnosis. I had a hard time finding the place. Had to ask couple of people where it was located. Booked online . I haven’t seen my bill yet, so don’t know the cost. Checkin was very easy. Only 1 sheet of paper, to fill out. Did not ask about present medication, allergies or history, which I was surprised about. Everyone was great. No complaints. Fast Trac actually has an only scheduling and paperwork system that works! So many other places I do everything online and then they ask me to fill out physical forms as well. WHY? At Fast Trac you will do all that stuff once, and never again unless something changes. They are good.

For a first time visit, I was very impressed. From the phone call the day prior, making the appointment was swift. Excellent attendance in the front. Very polite staff from the waiting area to the exam room… Excellent bed side manners of the Pediatrician, and medical assistant. My daughter felt at ease.. I’m certain we will be back if the need arises.

Love this facility but went recently and they basically the exit instructions weren't clear went in for knee pain, they did an X-ray only for the AP to come in and say not only did she not give me anything for pain I explain I had been taking Motrin and Meloxicam not once did she give me any instructions about the meds but keep taking them, but I should've been informed not to take those together
