Dr. Kenneth Farrell saw my for a lingering cough. He said he was prescribing a steroid for the cough, and when I asked if I could have cough medicine he said he would give promethazine. When I went to pick up my prescription, there was no steroid. Also, his bedside manner was off-putting.

Fantastic experience! PCP had no appointments before the weekend. I was pretty sure I had an UTI. Advanced was a blessing. Scheduled on line. Showed up.
