Been having it h watery and swollen eyelids for a few days and made an evening appointment. When I checked I was told the wait time would e approximately an hour but was more than two hour wait with an appointment . The received adequate care but never experienced an extremely long wait time since I’ve been a patient.

The facility is exceptionally clean. Wait time was a bit longer than expected but the doctor spent a lot of time with us so I understand the wait. We left satisfied that we had all of the meds and care we needed — thank you!

Scheduling needs improvement. A full fledged desktop or pen and paper option is needed. When cold and flu symptoms are there and you are coughing, some of us patients are not comfortable using phones or those tablets that are there, wherein on cannot even sit when entering information. That is the most inconvenient part. Please do something.
