Very good customer service and care with the patient! 10 out of 10 for the staff, ambient and building as a whole!

The first person i spoke to to get checked in was somewhat rude in the sense that it seemed like she didn’t believe me. however when it was time to be seen by the dr and finish check in, the medical assistant was amazing in that process. the medical assistant with the brown hair is great. the dr was amazing as well and made me feel heard.

The staff members were very professional as well as helpful with the procedures. I would recommend this office to anyone seeking health care immediately.

Staff was great and very empathetic to the pain I was in. They explained the treatment options well.

Mary Bridge Children's Urgent Care is my favorite urgent care to go to. Convenient online scheduling, easy check-in process, fast wait times, concerns are addressed appropriately, friendly staff, and you're out in about an hour from start to finish. The only area that could be improved is if you have questions after your appointment, it's hard to get a hold of anyone, and then you don't get a call back. I highly recommend Mary Bridge Children's Urgent Care

I had been to Indigo in Federal Way before so since I have a bad cough with other symptoms and a very sore wrist from a fall I called them!  Everyone, from scheduling, sign in, Dr P. Singh, nursing, xray, all were very professional and pleasant. I would highly recommend them.

Recommend removing the statement 'walk ins welcome" as I tried to walk in on 07may and was told they were completely booked despite lack of patients in the waiting room.

Came in because of a suspected sinus infection. Staff were professional and kind. I was able to schedule an appointment for the next morning, and was seen relatively quickly. Muriel really helped me out. Brie was quick and efficient. Danyel I saw very briefly, but was helpful. Thanks, y'all.
