Very friendly and helpful staff. Was there for only 40 minutes and had Covid test and chest X-rays. Facility was very clean. Will come back to this location even though I live in Lakewood. Tacoma appointments were booked up for that day so I’m happy I ended up in Olympia.

They were able to get me in after work, perfect!!  My crazy schedule made me worried.

Had an appointment which was helpful, provider Ava and staff Carissa and Sara were great, thank you always.

The staff at this Indigo Urgent Care are always so friendly and listen to all of my concerns. I’m autistic and can have a lot of difficulties going to the doctor, especially when it’s urgent so it’s nice to have a friendly/safer place to count on when unforeseen circumstances arise. I was helped by an RN or ARNP training today, I think her name was Lindsay Grahan. She did a great job and I’m very thankful for her help/support.

Came in with a pretty awful gouge in my shin.  Staff was kind, patient and gentle as they cleaned up and stitched my wound.  Was so happy I went to indigo vs the ER.  Got right in and was well cared for.  Returned to get stitches removed and had an equally good experience despite the reason for being there.

Scheduled the appointment 24hrs ahead. Was feeling really miserable. Unless someone else is critical, I thought appts were supposed to be honored ahead of walk-ins. I had to wait 45 minutes to be seen. Everyone was very nice, I just felt I should have been seen in a more timely fashion.

While every other urgent care within 10 miles had 2-4 hour wait times, I was able to make two immediate back to back appointments for my kids. When car troubles set us back 15 minutes, I called ahead and was treated with kindness and compassion. Both Dr. An and the person who checked us in were warm, welcoming, and took the time to listen to and speak with my children and not only me about their symptoms. I am so thankful to have found this clinic and highly recommend them!
