I took my son in for Urgent Care. Even before I got to the clinic, Amber and the rest of the staff were very accommodating and caring, being effective and efficient. Thank you!

Listened and provided great care. Appointment was quick, convenient and overall great experience.  Really appreciate the friendly staff and care shown for my wellbeing.

Wait time was short and all the staff was friendly

The staff were more than helpful, but the platform used to do tele-appointments is not user friendly! I tried multiple times to log-in, but I had zero video or audio abilities despite allowing access to my computer! As a teacher I am very used to these online meeting formats and this one by far is the worst and least effective one I have used yet!

The first person i spoke to to get checked in was somewhat rude in the sense that it seemed like she didn’t believe me. however when it was time to be seen by the dr and finish check in, the medical assistant was amazing in that process. the medical assistant with the brown hair is great. the dr was amazing as well and made me feel heard.

Very nice to my children, very through excellent service and great parking in the back!

I was able to get an appointment on the same day with almost no wait time.  The staff were very friendly and the facility was clean and comfortable.

I came in for urgent care. I ended up getting a leg brace. The crutches they tried to set me up with wouldn't adjust properly. It's ok because they would have been awkward to use them at work anyway. It would have been kinda nice to get a cane, but they didn't have any...but everything else went just fine,!

Was able to get a same day appointment for pneumonia. It was fast easy and convenient

Had an intense ear ache and needed to be seen asap. I was able to schedule an in-person appointment without delay. A virtual was also available if preferred. I appreciated having that option as well. I was seen quickly and got the treatment and meds same day. I'm feeling much better already!

Went to urgent care after a dog bite and was seen immediately! Did not have to wait and was reassured by the nurses during a very panicked moment which made me feel very at ease about the situation. I don’t think I’ve ever had a more positive experience in an urgent care center before in my life! Would recommend

Mary Bridge Children's Urgent Care is my favorite urgent care to go to. Convenient online scheduling, easy check-in process, fast wait times, concerns are addressed appropriately, friendly staff, and you're out in about an hour from start to finish. The only area that could be improved is if you have questions after your appointment, it's hard to get a hold of anyone, and then you don't get a call back. I highly recommend Mary Bridge Children's Urgent Care

As always, it's Indigo to the rescue! I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Staff is always wonderful, kind and respectful. Indigo is my go-to for medical care. Thank you!

I really love the staff here. They make you feel cared for and important.  Michelle was our MA and was especially helpful. If there is anything I don’t like is the wait. Appt. was 4 pm, came in at 3:30 because we were able to. Got into a room at 4:40, and left at 5 pm. These guys are working to get people in as soon as possible-I saw that. I guess it’s the nature of the urgent care, as more urgent needs come in and they need to be seen right and then. All this said, even still, I would highly recommend this place to family and friends, letting them know, about the nature of waiting at urgent care places. It’s a gamble.

Over all good however no exam the PA looked at my info and I commented that I really wanted to make sure my chest was clear and said I don’t think anything is in your chest. No exam at all. Probably a 5 minute conversation and the bill says 30 minutes or more?

Starting with Sylvester working hard to set appointments and dealing with my laptop not connecting to my Doctor Sarah for the first time ever I feel heard and respected. From torn tendons to acid reflux I’m given the best care. I’m listened to. This is really a great facility Prescriptions are filled quickly, labs clearly explained it’s amazing

First time visiting this clinic, was a long time patient of Dr Adatia and felt at ease when I met Dr. Phillips. She was very easy to talk to,  very knowledgeable, very pleasant and has a great bedside manner! I don’t feel as though anything was missed in changing physicians.
