Everyone was very kind and knowledgeable , I was thankful I went but now Blue Cross is not paying the claim because the Dr put gum disease on my visit. I went to be tested for leptospirosis because my dogs had it and I wanted to be tested to make sure I didn't have it. My teeth were bleeding because I had a cleaning earlier that day but I didn't know I was supposed to stop my plavix and aspirin. I was tested for lepto but still the Dr should have put the reason for my visit as testing for leptospirosis, not anything about my teeth. I hope your f I ever need AFC again my claim gets filed correctly because now I am out almost $200.00 because he filed it wrong , goodness.

The staff and physician are amazing.  This medical facility is one of the best I have been to here in AL.  I highly recommend it

Woke up not feeling well with a sickness that had been going on for a week now and was able to be seen the same day. Checking in was easy and wait time was great. I was in and out within maybe 20-30 minutes. Staff is very friendly and caring.

The staff and Dr.JACQUELINE KABUKURU WAS VERY ATTENTIVE, AND CARING, DR. JACQUELINE KABURKURU IS A VERY GOOD DOCTOR, HER CARE AND TREATMENT, IS ALWAYS ON POINT, AND AFTER FOLLOWING HER INSTRUCTIONS, I AM BACK TO MY OLD SELF, AND FEELINGS GRATE!! THANKS TO THE STAFF AND ESPECIALLY DR. KABUKURU !!!!!!
