The care was amazing from the guy who checked us in to Dr. Al, but the X-ray tech today telling my 5 year old to lie down and not move “or he will hold her head down” didn’t work for me. Being in the medical field, I can tell you that’s never ok. Especially with pediatrics who are already terrified. He was rude, unprofessional and must have forgotten he was dealing with a CHILD. I would give him a 1/5 and everyone else a 5/5.

So amazing these caring souls that work here! I came in last minute with my daughter and in the kerfuffle of illness and getting her there on time we forgot her ID. The appointment I had originally was at 6:30 and they close at 7. We didn’t get back there with the ID until 6:50. The angel at the front desk called me to see if I was still coming! They helped us thoroughly, thoughtfully and with incredible kindness. Thank you immensely.

This was my first time visiting this urgent care and would go again. Had a severe sore throat, headache, etc and they got me right in. They were thorough in their testing and the entire staff was very pleasant to deal with.
