This was a great place. Everyone was very nice and caring. We Loved that there was an X-ray tech and machine onsite. Is definitely recommend as well as go back if I ever need to.

Went it as a walk in for twisted ankle first time here staff was amazing very professional helpful. Doctors were very caring knowledgeable. Newport Urgent care is the best.

Pretty prompt service in and out before an hour.

Scheduled my appointment online the night before. Super easy online process. Had my appointment set at 1:30pm, and I arrived at 1:20pm. Didn't get checked in until 2:30pm... Front office staff service was underpar today. Usually there's 2 people, but I noticed only 1 new worker struggling by herself. Other than that, excellent clinic. Everything is clean as always, staff is friendly as always.

My 11 month old woke up with not be able to open her right eye it was red and had yellowish stuff on it, i contacted marque to make an appointment. the DOCTOR WILLIAM WAS RUDE DURING THE VURTAL CALL I FELT VERY RUSHED I UNDERSTAND THERE IS OTHER PATIENTS WAITING BUT IT IS RUDE TO RUSH AN APPOINTMENT ESPECIALLY IF IT HAS SOMETHING TO DO WITH AN 11 month baby . first time i have had an issue here but overall thankfully i was able to get a prescription for my daughter

It was a long wait but it was understandable . The doctor was understandable and he was able to diagnose his symptoms.

I love the in and out. The NP was knowledgeable and helpful.

Excellent doctor. Bathroom was unclean and odorous. They don’t answer the phone during the hours of operations.

Wait time was about 2 hours.  Still waiting on X-ray results.  Provider was very attentive and thorough.

Staff sent my prescription to the wrong pharmacy

Went in for a physical as it was my first time in the office. I was seen by a resident Dr. She was literally in the room for less then 10 minutes. She asked the same questions over and over and wrote things down. Said she would be right back because she was going to talk to the other doctor. I waited for over 45 minutes and I had to go to the front desk to ask what was going on. I saw the resident doctor walk past the room because the door was left open and she walked out with a bag as if she was leaving for lunch or the day. One of the girls at the front desk was kind enough to go talk to the other doctor who l was actually supposed to see as i had scheduled with her. I heard the conversation which was basically print out the referral for blood work and that's it. The doctor didn't even come in the room to at least acknowledge me or apologize for the misunderstanding. Never will I go back here again. Especially being that I stated in the beginning if my appointment, I may be pregnant and basically had to demand a pregnancy test because they weren't going to offer it at all.

I checked in pretty fast. Staff was nice. Waiting for the provider to see me took about 20-30 mins.
