Having been to other urgent care clinics, I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly I was accommodated! Everyone was very personable and the doctor explained my condition very well. Now, I won't go anywhere else.

Made my appointment on the App super easy when I got there got signed in right away filled out some information and got check right away they also sent my prescription to my nearest pharmacy!

Wait time and available slots were great. Staff processed me and I was in and out quickly. Will definitely use again and recommend due to ease of use, speed, willingness of staff to assist. Staff were helpful. Provided insurance info marion and there were no out of pocket costs.Check-in was convenient.

So amazing these caring souls that work here! I came in last minute with my daughter and in the kerfuffle of illness and getting her there on time we forgot her ID. The appointment I had originally was at 6:30 and they close at 7. We didn’t get back there with the ID until 6:50. The angel at the front desk called me to see if I was still coming! They helped us thoroughly, thoughtfully and with incredible kindness. Thank you immensely.

Woke up with Covid, and called and made an appointment! I love that there was no wait, no complaints from staff due to me having Covid and they were very friendly!

Scheduled my appointment online the night before. Super easy online process. Had my appointment set at 1:30pm, and I arrived at 1:20pm. Didn't get checked in until 2:30pm... Front office staff service was underpar today. Usually there's 2 people, but I noticed only 1 new worker struggling by herself. Other than that, excellent clinic. Everything is clean as always, staff is friendly as always.

Dr Elias was great, he answered all my concerns. Scheduling was easy.  The staff called me in on time.

Went it as a walk in for twisted ankle first time here staff was amazing very professional helpful. Doctors were very caring knowledgeable. Newport Urgent care is the best.
