Had a very positive experience with Urgent Care Ft Collins, even had X-rays done and evaluated the same day.

I came in and was taken right back and was impressed with all of the staff  The facility was amazing and I felt like I was in a hospital.

Had a noon appointment (was confirmed morning of👍🏼) pretty much got right in on time.  Nurse practitioner saw me quickly and treated me.  Would definitely recommend

I didn’t check in for an office visit on line  so I had to wait for about an hour to see a doctor.In the future I will check in on line

I fell and hurt my back and went to your facility. They took xrays to see if anything was fractured or broken. No injuries except bruising. Every staff member was nice, calm and patient. I wished this was my PCP. It was a pleasant visit. I would recommend it to anyone.

2 hour waiting time is unacceptable regardless of short staffed providers.

His skill in using the EKG machine and drawing blood was notable, performing both procedures with such precision and care that my mother felt entirely at ease and secure throughout the process. Dr. Kenneth Farrell saw my for a lingering cough. He said he was prescribing a steroid for the cough, and when I asked if I could have cough medicine he said he would give promethazine. When I went to pick up my prescription, there was no steroid. Also, his bedside manner was off-putting.

Armando was very nice and informative! Swabbing noses all day and still has a great attitude!
