Long wait is my only complaint! Physician Assistant Rick was very nice and helpful.

I lost my hearing in my right ear after taking a shower. Went to my regular physician on Friday. Temporarily it was better and they told me to call an ear, nose and throat specialist to remove the wax but could not get an appointment until Monday. Friday and Saturday it was miserable. My husband suggested the urgent care. I am so happy that I went. It was a Sunday and I knew there might be a lot of people with other minor ailments. But they got to me as soon as they could and with a wonderful attitude. Laila was wonderful.

Very friendly staff, and darla always addresses my issues and makes me feel like I’m more than just a patient being rushed out the door. I recommend this practice to anyone looking for a wonderful down to earth doctor who will treat you like a person and listen to your needs and not be judgmental. I love this practice! And yes the cost was what I was expecting. The wait time was minimal. Checking in was easy! I called to book my first appointment.
