This was my regular check up today and Doc was so patient. I adore this clinic!!

Check in lady was wonderful.  Lady that took me back, was very unprofessional.  Everything about the whole experience I had with her was very unprofessional the whole time.  I even had to put my own pulse ox unit on my finger myself. She had just handed it to me.

Upon arrival, the door was still locked after 8:00. Our appointment was at 8. The gentleman who opened the door, was coughing everywhere. He was an employee. He continued to cough profusely and told us he felt fine yesterday but not today. He finally put a mask on but still did not cover his cough. While we were waiting, he was swabbed for potential illness. He was then sent home. What do we do when in a few days we come down with what he had since he wasn’t covering?

I don’t like the automated system for scheduling an appointment. I used it but prefer speaking with an actual person.
