10/10 would recommend to anyone needing pediatric care! The staff/Doctor were amazing and took care of my little one like she was their own. Check in was easy and convenient and we waited only about 7 minutes as a walk in! I will not be going anywhere else for care. We felt like family. Thank you!

This was my first time visiting PM Pediatrics. Both the nurses and doctor were very friendly and efficient . I would recommend and return to PM Pediatrics in the future.

The wait time was really quite long. I understand we don’t know what’s in before us. But two hours at an urgent care is excessive. Doctor and nurse/ma were very nice. I gave 1 star because of the front desk. What a nasty, dismissive, and miserable man he was. He truly needs to be observed and trained how to interact with people or find a new job. I did not get his name. He would be the reason I would tell people to go elsewhere. Nasty nasty nasty!

The nurses and the doctors are amazing! Definitely this place will be our pediatric home for long time! Thank you again for the amazing and fast job with my baby girl

My daughter loves going here (which says a lot because I don’t know a single kid that likes going to the doctors). She was lucky enough to have Nurse Tiffany both times and we absolutely love her. She’s friendly, funny, and is great at her job!

Overall a great experience! This Pediatric Urgent Care is open and when our pediatrician is closed or apts are unavailable. Highly recommend!

When you go into an Urgent Care facility, obviously there’s something wrong. It was a Friday night, 10pm. The two nurses and one doctor could not have been better. Not phony, just genuinely good people. In addition, the facility was spotless. Highly recommended. Thank you.

These guys were the only ones open at 10pm besides the ER. We booked an appointment, checked in and was seen within 10 minutes We didn’t wait more than a minute was we were in the room. We were tested and on our way Highly recommend these guys The front desk lady was awesome!!

Despite the huge surge in COVID cases and the subsequent impact it’s had on volume, everyone in this office did a fantastic job at remaining friendly and upbeat. Tiffany at the front desk was fast and efficient getting us checked in; Shernette the nurse made my daughter feel very comfortable during her test, her demeanor with children is excellent, and Dr. Armando did a thorough exam even though we just came for a COVID test. I would highly recommend PM Pediatrics to any friends or family members. It was clean and the staff was doing a great job despite the unfortunate situation children and parents in Florida are now faced with. Thank you PM staff.

I had booked an appointment yet still waited an hour. Guess that's the downside to an urgent care where they also take walk-ins. I was frustrated because it was getting late and my daughter was antsy. However, the doctor was apologetic and was warm/friendly and thorough - I did not feel rushed. Which is why I trekked 20 min to go to this highly rated pediatric urgent care. Highly recommend but be prepared to wait...

I scheduled, filled out all the paper work, and checked in on the app. The nurses were great & the Dr. apologized for the delay when he came in and explained to me everything I asked him in detail. Im a mother of 3 and kids don't necessarily get sick during office hours so knowing this pediatric urgent care is a stop away is a huge relief!

It was amazing, Im feel so grateful they know how to work with kids, very professional the doctor and all nurses were so, so sweet... they took care so well of my son, for the first time he got out so happy from doctor’s office. Very nice experience, loved that place.

I arrived fifteen minutes early to our appointment for a COVID test. I waited nearly two hours before I was called in, the whole time possibly exposing others to COVID. The staff was very friendly and the doctor and nurse were exceptionally kind and professional, but all the waiting we had to do even with appointment made my little one become more and more scared of the test. People who walked in after us were called in before we were multiple times. I wasn’t advised that the COVID test was not a rapid test until after the sample was collected, so it left me no choice but to keep my little one home from school even longer while we await test results.
