This place has been great when we needed to get our kiddo in when his pediatrician wasn’t open. The staff is super friendly and helpful especially Rachel! She is amazing and her bedside manner is wonderful. She made us feel comfortable and I love that she loved on my sweet baby. I love that you can check in and get an appointment time so you don’t have to wait around in the lobby as well. This will be our go-to place when our pediatricians aren’t available and we have an urgent problem.

Doctor was very kind and patient, but the nurse was not. My son had anxiety about getting tested and said, “wait”, but the nurse, seemingly in a hurry, said “no” and swabbed anyway. My son felt like his voice didn’t matter. She should have taken the time to hear him. :( Everyone else was awesome! :)

We were able to be seen quite quickly for a wrist injury for my 6yr old daughter. The wait time was short and the staff was AMAZING! So helpful, POSITIVE and CARING!!! This was our first experience at this location, but the next time one of our children need Urgent Care...we will be going here!

We had a great experience. The most time consuming part of process was getting all our information loaded into the app. After that, we were connected with a doctor for a virtual visit in just a few minutes. After that, the clinic was able to see us for testing as soon as we could drive there. Everyone we interacted with during the process was pleasant, professional and helpful. We’d definitely use Children’s Health PM Urgent Care again.

Everything was great! The best customer service and bedside manner we have ever received! I wish Dr. Woods was my daughter’s PCP. She was so patient and caring. Even though my daughter was a little nervous she made her feel so comfortable she completely forgot she was at the doctors office. I will definitely recommend Children’s PM Urgent Care to everyone

It was our first time going to Children’s PM Urgent Care in The Colony. My daughter has some anxiety about going to see the doctor but the staff did a great job in making her feel very comfortable. We didn’t have a wait time and the staff was very friendly.

While I don’t like mg kids being sick, I love having this option to take them to. We have always only received excellent care, from the reception to the nurses to the doctors - this place is the best. We have never had a long wait time to be called back and on average the doctors are in the exam room very quickly. We get excellent, quick care but never feel rushed. I pass other Urgent Cares on my way here and I do so happily because I know my kids will get the best care here.

From the receptionist to the nurse and Doctor they were so friendly and very professional. They made the visit very inviting and less fearful for my kid. I would recommend them to my family and friends.
