I was very impressed with the staff. They took the time to explain everything to my son before they did any tests. This helped ease his anxiety. They even gave him an ice pop as we left. He was so thrilled with the experience he asked if we could go there instead of his regular pediatrician! I’d say they definitely won him over!

Dr. Adam’s is our favorite. He is the perfect balance between professional, jovial, caring, personable and thorough! We prefer to go here rather than our pediatrician. It’s also more convenient location. Cleanliness is top notch .

This was our second time coming here with our 1 year old son. Both times we have had such an excellent experience! The staff are so friendly and kind and they do so well with our son. The facility is super clean and organized and we’re always taken back very quickly. I have recommended this place to other local parents because I really think it is the best. No one wants to have to make a late night urgent care trip but if and when we do have to, the staff here take such good care of us and always make us feel so much better about the situation. We appreciate them so much and I would not want to go anywhere else.

From start to finish, the care was excellent! All team members spent a lot of time with our daughter and made sure we felt comfortable with the plan and her care. Everyone was very detail oriented and did a great job of explaining certain symptoms and what to look for as she recovers from her virus. I’ve already recommended this practice to my sister - who has a 2 year old - for her urgent care needs! Hopefully we won’t have to be back anytime soon, but we’ve definitely found our preferred urgent care practice. Thank you so much for your time and help for our little one! We can all rest easy tonight!

This is my favorite place to get care for my sick child. It is an urgent care, so you may have to wait just due to nature of the needs of others and what may need more urgent attention. BUT while you wait in the cleanest rooms ever, the nurses will check on you multiple times and your sick child will be comfortable. Then you will receive the best care with so much information! And the bedside manner is the best I have ever experienced. My kid loves it there. You are not rushed in any way. You leave with a wealth of information and confidence that your child has been attended to properly. The PA we saw on the last visit gave me more feedback and more care than my child's actual pediatrician. ALL of the staff is friendly, diligent, and helpful - from check in to check out.

Dr. Dolan was awesome! He diagnosed my son with mono when our regular practice missed it. Excellent facility too. Will definitely return to this Urgent Care. Honestly I wish I could use them but alas, I am older than 26.

First time visiting on 9/10/21 and definitely will not be our last visit if we need after hours care. This place was great! My daughter had an 11pm appt and was actually seen a bit before that time. The lady at the front desk seemed to really enjoy her job. She made getting all checked in such a breeze and was super friendly, sweet, and very informative with explaining the billing process. The nurse was just as nice. She did a great job putting my daughter at ease before she did a swab test. My daughter is such a chatty cat and the nurse went right along with the conversation, which I liked the way she didn’t disregard her and seemed interested in what my daughter was saying or asking her. The doctor was fantastic. Bedside manner was top notch. He explained to my daughter everything he was going to do before he touched or looked at anything on her body. Which I appreciated and i know that put her at ease also. He made fun conversation as well with my daughter and seemed to understand my concerns of why we were there. He answered my questions without hesitation and gave great explanations. As I said above, her appt was at 11pm but we were seen a little before that and was on the way back home by 11:15pm. Great service all the way around. Very friendly and genuine staff and provider. So glad I found this hidden gem! Thanks so much.

Would rather go here v than my pediatricians office. The staff, the wait, the service...all OUTSTANDING! I wish they had a location in the Johnson County area.

I was treated with kindness and efficiency and received the COVID test I wanted. The only downside was they don't accept Medicare but that was kind of humorous because they're a pediatric facility so they aren't asked to bill Medicare very often. :)

We have been a few times and every time had a great experience. We never feel rushed out and always feel like they care to improve symptoms/health. Dr Steve and Joe were wonderful making my 8 year old daughter feel comfortable both emotionally and physically!

My daughter and I had a wonderful experience today at WakeMed Children’s PM Pediatrics Urgent Care. There was no wait and the staff was very courteous and polite. It was very clean and my daughter loved all the colorful, fun art and decor. She was very comfortable being treated there.

I didn’t know a urgent care for kids was a thing so originally took my son to A different urgent care and had the worst possible experience. When I got home my neighbor told us about this location so I brought my son here right away. What a difference!! Beyond friendly staff helped and jump on it right away. They were extremely sympathetic to my sick son and worked quickly to get him the care needed. This place is beyond incredible. I’m a first time mom so I know I get overly scared but they were so reassuring. Amazing.
