Fantastic care at Urgent Care Westlake. Misdiagnosed with a virtual visit. Virtual visits without an exam are useless. Wait time was acceptable for not having an appointment- about 20 minutes.

I cannot thank Dr. Bader enough for. caring and sending me to urgent care; I would not have done it, on my own. The nurse and Dr. were most kind!!! The Dr's. name is Brook ( did not get her last name, sorry!! She was my blessing for today!!! The time we waited for an Urgent Care visit was beyond fair, maybe a total of 10 minutes. Staff was friendly, PA was great at explaining all possibilities and treatment. I also appreciate that the PA discussed my daughter's symptoms with another provider and then presented us with yet another possible diagnosis. I would go to this Urgent Care again.

I received excellent care at UH Urgent Care. I couldn't get an appt with my primary doctor so I chose UH. I definitely would come back to this facility.

I have used this urgent care for years when I need care. First time during Covid, and wait seemed a bit longer than usual but I understand these are different circumstances. I was a walk in appointment.

The team was very helpful. The nurse receptionist was very professional and kind. Did the co vid test and it was explained to me thoroughly. The Dr. and the nurse that rechecked my heart rate were concerned and kind also. Thank you.

The COVID protocols are effective and required minimal contact with virtual registration. There policy doesn’t allow anyone to wait in the lobby, which eased my mind when entering the facility. The personnel were friendly. The Dr. Loos was caring and attentive to my needs. I didn’t feel like a patient on an assembly line, given rapid care like most urgent care facilities that I’ve used. I will highly recommend this location to others.

I wouldn’t hesitate to use this urgent care anytime the need arises.

Both the two nurses & doctor who treated me were very friendly & helpful. I had questions about the Covid vaccine (which was unrelated to my treatment today) and Nick, one of the nurses, was very patient & took the time to discuss it with me.
