I had a large water blister which after 3 days was still oozing. I decided it was time to have it examined and since it was a holiday I looked at going to a immediate care facility. All groups I went to were unable to see me for at least 3 hours. I selected DOCS. Very very happy I did, service was exceptional by the doctor and staff.

There was no wait, but I had to use an app to check in, which took about 10 minutes. So, why are there employees at the front desk, if I’m doing their job for them? I could see the benefit of this if there were 5 people waiting to check in… but they couldn’t do my intake when I was literally the only person in the waiting room? I was pulled into the room pretty quickly, but then waiting in the exam room for about 1/2 hour. The doctor was friendly and listened to my list of symptoms and then examined me. Besides the check in process and wait to be seen by the doctor , everything was positive.

I scheduled an appointment for 12:30. I arrived at the office at 12:10. I was told it would be at least 1 1/2 hours before being seen. It would be on the computer with a doctor. The wait time was a bit long, but I did arrive at a very busy time in the afternoon. (I had to return today so I arrived at 7:15am and was seen immediately!) ALL OF THE PEOPLE WHO WORKED THERE WERE AS NICE AS COULD BE!!! The front desk people were swamped, but still managed to be completely organized and very competent at a stressful time of the day. The technicians who took care of me each day were AWESOME, super nice, friendly, cheerful and smart who both displayed the type of bedside manner we all hope to receive wherever we go. I would absolutely return and would encourage others to go to that particular office as well!
